Drema Jackson

Drema Jackson-webMs. Drema Jackson has over 24 years of experience in education which spans elementary, middle school, high school, and central office assignments. In addition to classroom teaching, she has served as a high school and middle school principal as well as the Senior Director of Accountability, Assessment, & Reporting at the district level.  She has provided professional development for teacher support specialists, school and district data teams, data ethics, formative instructional practices, and the Georgia Student Longitudinal Data System (SLDS). She has worked with the state department of education in the development of Georgia FIP (Formative Instructional Practices), and the Instructional Improvement System (IIS).  Since retiring in 2015, Drema has worked with the professional development team to mentor principals with less than 4 years of experience. She currently serves as the Lead Mentor for the Principal Induction Program.
